Welcome to kpmultitrader.co.uk, operated by KP Multi Tradesman Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), Wintershall, Gate St, Bramley, Guildford GU5 0LR, United Kingdom. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Our Site

You may use our site to browse and buy products for personal or professional use. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with how it works, try to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

2. Products and Pricing

We take care to describe and price our products accurately, but errors can happen. All prices are in British pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. If we find a pricing or listing error after you've placed an order, we'll contact you before dispatch, and you can either continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an email confirming dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where an item is out of stock, there is a pricing error, or we cannot verify the payment. If we cancel an order, we will refund any payment in full.

4. Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order, using the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we never see or store your full card details.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Delivery times are estimates, and the goods become your responsibility once they are delivered to you.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are covered by our Refund Policy. You can return most unused items within 30 days of delivery, which is longer than the 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Safe Use of Products

Many of our products are tools for practical work. Please read any instructions supplied, use suitable protective equipment such as gloves and eye protection, and use each tool only for its intended purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and product descriptions, belongs to KP Multi Tradesman Ltd or is used under licence. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, KP Multi Tradesman Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for business losses, arising from your use of our site or products, or for damage caused by misuse of a product. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You may bring a dispute in the courts of England and Wales, or in the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when you place your order applies to that order. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
