This policy explains how you can pay for orders placed with KP Multi Tradesman Ltd at www.kpmultitrader.co.uk and at our premises in Bramley, Guildford.
Accepted payment methods
We accept:

Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express

Shop Pay: Shopify's accelerated checkout, which saves your details for faster future orders
We do not accept cash on delivery, cheques or bank transfers for online orders.
Currency and pricing
All prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling (GBP). Prices include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders of £50 or more qualify for free UK delivery.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of continuing at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.
When you are charged
Your payment is authorised when you place your order and taken once the order is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email with a full breakdown of the amount paid.
Payment security
Checkout is handled by Shopify, which is certified to PCI DSS Level 1, the highest standard for card security. Payment details are encrypted and processed by Shopify and its payment partners. KP Multi Tradesman Ltd never sees or stores your full card number.
Declined payments
If a payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please check your card details, billing address and available balance, or contact your card issuer. You are welcome to try again with another accepted method.
Order verification
To protect customers from fraud, some orders may be held for a short check. If we need to confirm any details, we will contact you using the email or phone number given at checkout. Orders we cannot verify will be cancelled and refunded in full.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Card refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
