Shipping policy

Where We Ship

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Carriers

Depending on the size and weight of your order, we ship with Royal Mail, DPD or FedEx.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed before 5:00pm on a business day are counted from that day, and orders placed after 5:00pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are counted from the next business day.

Shipping Time

Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within 5 to 6 business days.

Total Estimated Delivery

From the time you place your order, the estimated total delivery time is approximately 6 to 8 business days, including processing and shipping. These are estimates, not guarantees, and delivery may take longer during busy periods, bad weather or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders of £50 or more: free UK shipping
  • Orders under £50: the standard shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, or tracking shows a problem, email info@kpmultitrader.co.uk with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. See our Refund Policy for the next steps.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can update an address only before the order is dispatched, so email us as soon as you spot a mistake. Once a parcel has shipped we can't redirect it, and additional charges may apply if a reshipment is needed because the address provided was incorrect.
