Frequently Asked Questions
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery then takes 5 to 6 working days, so most orders arrive within 6 to 8 working days of being placed. Orders placed after 5:00pm, or at the weekend, are processed from the next working day.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship with Royal Mail, DPD and FedEx. The carrier is chosen based on the size and weight of your order.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. UK orders of £50 or more ship free. Orders under £50 have a flat delivery charge of £10, shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking link.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible on info@kpmultitrader.co.uk. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can usually amend or cancel it. Once dispatched, it can be returned under our Return and Refund Policy.
Returns and refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Who pays for return postage?
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, we cover return postage. For any other return, return postage is paid by the customer.
How long do refunds take?
We process refunds within 5 working days of receiving and inspecting your return. Your bank may take a further 5 to 10 working days to show the funds.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Email info@kpmultitrader.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and Shop Pay.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's PCI DSS Level 1 certified checkout, and we never see your full card details.
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable.

Who makes KP Multi Tradesman tools?
KP Multi Tradesman is our own brand. Each tool is selected for everyday property maintenance work and sold under our name.
What is a plier driver?
It is our name for tools that grip and turn in one: screw removal pliers, locking grip pliers, pliers wrenches and multi-bit drivers. They are made for fixings a normal screwdriver or spanner cannot shift.
Which vise should I choose?
For work on site, a portable pipe vise sits on any flat surface. For a workshop or van bench, a chain, yoke or combination vise bolts down for heavier jobs. Each listing gives its pipe capacity, so match it to the pipe sizes you work with most.
Will your bits fit my drill-driver?
Our bits and holders use a standard 1/4" hex shank, which fits most cordless drill-drivers, impact drivers and bit screwdrivers.
Can I see a product before buying?
Yes. You are welcome to visit our premises in Bramley, Guildford during opening hours. Call ahead if you want a particular item ready.
