Information we collect

  • Payment information: handled by Shopify and its payment partners. We receive confirmation of payment and limited card details (such as card type and last four digits) but never your full card number.

We only share personal data where needed to run our business:

  • Delivery carriers: Royal Mail, DPD and FedEx, to deliver your order
  • Payment providers that process card and Shop Pay transactions

  • Authorities, where the law requires it

We never sell your personal data. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or International Data Transfer Agreements are in place.

We keep order and transaction records for 6 years to meet UK tax and accounting rules. Customer service messages are kept for up to 2 years. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
